College Governance

Nofota College of Health and Allied Sciences is governed by an Advisory Board of Directors consisting of the Chairperson and other 8 members. The Board is the highest body for recommending to the owner and giving advice to Principal on matters within the scope of the education policy in Tanzania. The day-to-day activities of the college are managed under the Principal and his two deputies.
Principal is the head of the college and the chief accounting officer responsible for all matters related to quality and delivery. He is the Secretary to the Advisory Board. Depicted here is the current organisational structure
